Hi. Welcome to my website, I'm so glad you popped by. My name is Kiralee, and I live on the far north coast of NSW in a beautiful seaside town. Amongst the juggle of everyday life, I like to make sure I take some time to myself to be creative. This doesn't always happen, but when it does, I practice writing and dabble in watercolour. As a business owner I find it's a wonderful way to keep the creative juices flowing and have a little fun. That's not to say writing is easy, as it definitely is not. On weekends you'll most likely find me somewhere near salt water and sunshine, or stuck in the laundry, blah! My ultimate outing is a great restaurant all by myself and a good book.

I live in the beautiful coastal village of Evans Head, NSW, with my husband Coady, 4 kids, 2 dogs, a rabbit, a hermit crab and a never-ending list of chores. We own a variety and gift store in Evans Head called Beachside Bargains, which has a sneaky little bookstore within it! My first picture book is being published by EK Books in 2025 and is titled HUGS STILL FEEL THE SAME. The idea for this story stems from my experience as a volunteer during the recovery efforts after the devastating floods in the Northern Rivers of NSW in 2022. I am honoured to have received a Police Commissioners Certificate of Appreciation, as recognition for my efforts during this time, which would not have been possible without the help of many amazing people.

 I'm currently working on a YA verse novel and a chapter book series too.
